Casserly Stays, Capers Goes

The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Charley Casserly, Houston Texans General Manager, will stay into next season, but head coach Dom Capers will receive his pink slip tomorrow.

Bob McNair, Texans owner, brought Dan Reeves in to look at the player selected by Casserly over the past several years. Evidently Reeves felt that the Texans has the personnel to win and the problem lay elsewhere. Therefore Casserly will survive and Capers will hit the unemployment line. The Story
