AGGIES DEMOLISH POKES 62 TO 23

OSU fans saw their team demolished by the Texas Aggies on Saturday in Kyle Field. That is the bad news but the good news is that basketball season starts in about a month and Eddie and the boys are sure to give the OSU faithful something to cheer about.

After the first 3 games of the season the Pokes defense was ranked 15 th in the nation. Over the last two games the Cowboys have allowed an average of 621.5 yards rushing. Saturday alone the Aggie offense had nearly 700 yards rushing.

Former LSU Coach Nick Saban says defense wins games and that was underscored yesterday at College Station. What else is there to say but that OSU's defensive coordinator Coach Bedford better to find answers soon or the whole season will be a total lose.

Dave, went to TAMU's Midnight Madness and am ready for basketball too. Don't discount the Ags in basketball just yet - I don't think the Ags are the bottom dwellers any longer! By the way, OSU had a fairly decent crowd at the game. They never had much to yell about but they stayed for almost the entire game.
