Judge Alito Get Highest Bar Rating

The Associated Press is reporting that Samuel Alito, President Bush's Supreme Court nominee, received an unanimous well-qualified rating from the American Bar Association on Wednesday. This vote of confidence by the ABA should give Judge Alito a great deal of momentum as the Senate prepares for confirmation hearing next week.

The offical vote from the ABA will be delivered to the Senate on Monday as the hearing begin.

There will be the usual posturing by the Democrates on the Committee but Alito will be recommended for approval and will be conformed by the Senate.

I saw an interview he had with Sean Hannity and I was impressed.
